We get it. Plans change, and you might not be able to make the festival now, so we have partnered with Tixel to offer a safe and easy place for you sell your ticket to another fan.

How does it work?

On Tixel’s website you can upload your pdf tickets for other fans to buy. You can sell the ticket for no more than 110% of what you paid. They will handle the transaction safely and securely, and their admin fees will apply.

If you have purchased from our website you need to contact us by emailing hello@devafest.co.uk for us to validate your tickets before you can list them. Please make sure you email from the address you used to purchase (we won’t be able to process your tickets for security reasons if you don’t) and just include “Please validate my tickets for Tixel” as a heading. We aim to have this done inside 24 hours.

Once your tickets are validated go to tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts.

You cannot sell tickets that were provided by the festival free of charge – so if you won tickets or have any form of complimentary ticket you won’t be able to list them.

If you bought from Skiddle, Ticketweb or Ticket Quarter you don’t need to contact us – you should be able to directly upload for sale. If you have already found a buyer for your ticket but want to complete the transaction safely, you can create a private sale by selecting the ‘make my listing private’ option at the final step.

Do I have to sell my ticket through Tixel?

We do allow you to pass your tickets to someone else to use if you can’t make it. Other than please use Tixel to avoid being scammed.

I am looking for resale tickets – where are they listed?
