We will be open for three full days in 2020!
Exact timings will be confirmed soon, but it will be lunch time until late.
The bands will finish around 20-30 minutes before close time each day. Head to the What’s On page for the schedule.
Yes – If you want to camp then you must buy a camping weekend ticket (standard weekend tickets do not include camping). Your camping ticket includes all activities during the 3 days of your stay. The camping field is right next to the festival field. We allocate one pitch per booking. The camping ticket covers tents, RVs, caravans and Motorhomes. All pitches are 8m x 8m
For 2020 we will be operating a shuttle bus to a timetable and you will need to add a free ticket to your basket when you purchase to be able to use it.
Buses will run at the start and end of each day we are open on two routes:
Route 1 Ellesmere Port – Chester Railway Station – Chester City Centre – Handbridge – Westminster Park – Festival (and return)
Route 2 Wrexham – Gresford – Marford – Rossett – Pulford Dodleston – Festival (and return)
Exact stops and timings will be released well in advance of the event – please keep an eye on our social media.
Obviously the buses are at the mercy of traffic, so they can be late. The timetable is for guidance only and we recommend that you are at your nominated stop at least five minutes before the departure time shown.
Our shuttle buses are operated by a third party & their conditions of carriage apply.
Outside of operating times it is your responsibility to travel to or from the festival site.
Yes, dogs are welcome but we expect them to be on leads at all times and that you clean up after them.
Dogs are not allowed into the big top when there is music playing. A dog’s ears are more sensitive than a human’s and loud music in an enclosed area can scare or upset a dog.
No food or drink may be brought on to the festival field. We have a full range of bars and outlets selling food & drink. If you have an allergy or intolerance please contact us on social media or by emailing email@example.com so we can assist
You may bring baby food into the site.
Opening hours for 2020 will be confirmed soon! You will be able to arrive on Friday morning if you are staying on our camping and caravan site.
Yes but only within designated areas in the camp site and not within the festival field.
We have a tractor on site at pre-arranged times to move any bogged vehicles.
Each vehicle or tent is given a space of 8 metres x 8 metres.
We take our obligations to local residents very seriously and comply with the venue’s licence in relation to festival goers getting to and leaving the site, noise pollution and the times at which the event opens and closes. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions for the organisers.
The site at Deva Fest is fairly flat and compact and we do not anticipate access issues for those with mobility problems or small children. Parking is very close to the festival field and Big Top for day visitors. If you have any concerns or specific enquires please get in touch by mailing email@example.com or using the form below
The festival does take place on a field, so if there is a lot of rain this may be soft underfoot.
Deva Fest is an e-ticketed event. Physical tickets will not be posted to you.
If you book on devafest.co.uk: when you buy a ticket you will be emailed with confirmation of your booking number. A further email will be sent out around a week before the event with your e-ticket attached to it - you will need to print this or have it available on your phone to gain access.
If you book with TicketWeb: An email will be sent containing an e-ticket with scannable bar code when you book.
Whichever way you book you the bar code on your e-ticket will be scanned when you arrive at the festival and exchanged for a wristband to access the event. Either print the ticket at home with a good quality printer or show it on your mobile device when you arrive to gain entrance.
If you lose the email with the e-ticket on it drop us a line on social media or firstname.lastname@example.org and we can resend it to you.
No bags larger than a hand bag may be brought onto the festival field and no food and drink may be brought in. All bags will be searched. Please have bags open when you arrive ready to be searched to prevent delays
If you need to bring baby change items or changes of clothes these are exempt and may be brought in
You may bring in festival chairs, festival carts, rugs, wind breakers and gazebos in to Deva Fest. For everyone’s comfort you may not use chairs in the big top near to the stage.
Deva Fest is a music, food, drink and lifestyle festival like no other. Trade applications will open in February.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT BE TAKING APPLICATIONS TO RUN BARS AT THE 2020 EVENT.
Email email@example.com to register your interest.
We can’t control the Great British weather, but we have planned Deva Fest to be as “weatherproof” as we can. The main music acts will perform indoors in our circus-style big top and there will be plenty of options to get under cover if it does rain.
We offer free essential carer tickets. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org telling us which day(s) you want to come and how many people are in your party and we will work out the best package for you.
The volunteers of NCT Chester will be on hand all weekend with their Feed and Change tent. If you are attending with your little ones, look out for them!
You will be able to leave and re-enter the festival site – just show your wristband
We have plenty of different food options on site. We have asked all of our food providers to confirm which foods they offer to meet those with food allergies or specific dietary requirements and will confirm them here in the coming weeks.
Celebrate at Deva Fest! We would love you to bring your tribe to our festival!
If you want to bring 8 or more guests we will knock an eighth off the price! Contact us on social media or by emailing email@example.com for details of how to book.
Smoking laws apply at our event so that means you cannot smoke in our Big Top or anywhere enclosed. This is for everyone’s comfort and safety. Please do not be offended if you are caught and our security team asks you to leave.
Please do not embarrass yourself by trying to bring drugs into a family friendly festival. Anyone caught using illegal substances will be asked to leave immediately and we have no choice under the terms of our licence but to call Cheshire Police. Please don’t do it.
If your child is under 5 on the dates of the festival they are admitted free of charge and do not need a ticket
